Buying in YEIDA Sector 24A

The process is the same across the corridor and the order matters. We verify the allotment at the authority, pull a fresh no-dues certificate, confirm the lease status and check the physical demarcation against the sanctioned layout plan. Only then do you pay a token.

After that comes the authority transfer, the lease deed intimation, the registry at the sub-registrar and the mutation application. Budget stamp duty at 7 per cent for a male buyer, 6 per cent for a female buyer and 6.5 per cent joint, plus 1 per cent registration, on the circle rate or the transaction value, whichever is higher. The possession letter typically follows about 60 days after registration.

Questions about Sector 24A

What buyers ask about YEIDA Sector 24A

Questions people actually ask

What was the allotment rate in Sector 24A?

The RPS-10/2026 scheme allotted at roughly Rs 36,260 per sqm. Resale of allotted plots trades above that, and the gap between the two is exactly why the scheme draws are so heavily oversubscribed.

When was the Sector 24A draw held?

The allotment draw for RPS-10/2026, which covered Sectors 15C, 18 and 24A, was held on 18 June 2026.

Can I buy in Sector 24A if I did not win the draw?

Yes, by buying an allotted plot from a successful applicant. That is a resale, so it needs a transfer memorandum through YEIDA and the allottee must be clear of dues. Check the transfer chain and the no-dues position before you pay any token.

How far is Sector 24A from the airport?

Roughly 20 to 30 minutes by road to Jewar.

What should I check before buying an allotted plot here?

Whether the allotment is genuine and current at the authority, whether instalments are paid up, whether a lease deed has been executed, and whether YEIDA permits transfer at this stage of the scheme. An allotment letter on its own is not proof of a clean, transferable position.
