Where this came from

66 MG Road manages property in India for owners who live abroad. Doing that work, we kept hitting the same wall on behalf of clients: they needed someone on the ground they could actually rely on, and had no way to tell one name from another. So we kept a list. This directory is that list, opened up.

How verification works

Everyone applies through the listing form. Before a profile goes live we check the RERA registration where the category requires one, ask for closed transactions where the owner was not in the country, and confirm the brokerage they charge is stated up front rather than negotiated after you are committed. Profiles marked Verified have been through that check.

What we do not do

We take no cut of any engagement and we guarantee no outcome. We make the introduction. What happens after that is between you and whoever you pick. Listing is free, and both browsing and asking us for a shortlist are free for owners.

How often are listings re-checked?
Periodically and by hand. We have no live feed from the state RERA registries, so a registration that lapses after a listing goes live does not trigger an automatic alert. Confirm the current registration number yourself before you sign a mandate.

Do you run background checks?
No. We confirm RERA registration and transaction record. Criminal and credit checks are outside what we do.

What happens to my email and phone if I apply?
They stay private and are used to reach you. Only the website and LinkedIn links you give on the application appear on the public profile.
