What does Verified mean on a listing?
That the credential was confirmed against the issuing register, the person on the listing is the person who practises, and the specialisations claimed are backed by work they described. It is a check on registration and identity, not a warranty of quality or outcome.

Can you just pick someone for me?
Yes. Describe the situation on the request form and we shortlist two or three verified professionals whose specialty fits, then make the introduction. Usually within 24 hours, and free.

Does anyone pay for placement or a higher ranking?
No. There is no premium tier, no sponsored slot and no ranking. Listings carry no scores or star ratings, because a ranked directory has to be paid to keep the ranking honest.

Do I have to be a 66 MG Road client to use it?
No. The directory is a companion to the property management service and not a route into it. You can browse it, take an introduction, and never speak to us about your property.

How do I get listed?
Apply through the listing form with your membership or registration number, the specialisations you want to be found for, and the locations you serve. Every application is reviewed before it goes live, usually within two business days.
