Who runs 66 MG Road

A small company, a published price list, and one name that answers the email. Here is what we are and what we are not.

What the company is

66 MG Road manages residential property in India for owners who cannot stand in front of it. Most of them are NRIs. One vetted manager runs the whole rental lifecycle for a property: the tenant, the rent, the repairs, the inspections, the paperwork.

Every repair carries a dated photograph. Every invoice is itemised. Rent reaches your account with each deduction shown as a line. We take no commission on rent and no markup on a vendor bill, so the number the plumber charged is the number you pay.

Who runs it

Saurabh Garg founded 66 MG Road in 2026. He has run the venture studio C4E for twenty years. He reads every proposal request that comes through this site and replies within one business day, which is a small promise and an easy one to test.

Where we are

Managers on the ground in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Gurgaon. Owner hubs in Singapore and Dubai, because that is where a lot of the people who pay us live.

We publish city pages for Delhi and Kolkata that say plainly we have nobody there yet. If you ask about a city we do not serve, we tell you that instead of taking the money.

What we do not claim

The company is young and small. We publish no owner count, no assets under management, no response-time average, no net promoter score and no testimonials, because we have not earned the right to any of those numbers yet.

Sections of this site that need real customer data stay empty until there is real customer data to put in them. If you cannot find a figure on these pages, the honest answer is that we do not publish it.

One thing worth clearing up

The name: almost every Indian city has an MG Road, named for Mahatma Gandhi. 66 MG Road is a brand built on that idea. It is not an address and not a building.

The founder: the Saurabh Garg who runs 66 MG Road is not the Saurabh Garg who co-founded NoBroker. Two people, one name, one industry. It causes confusion often enough to be worth a paragraph.
