What it costs
We cost more than a lone agent. We say that on the first call. Here is what you get for the difference:
- Itemized billing. Every rupee is a visible line item. No lump sums, no "miscellaneous charges".
- No commission on rent. Your rent is yours. We do not take a cut.
- No markup on vendors. Repairs are billed at actuals, with the vendor's receipt attached.
