Ask us anything about your property in India. We answer.
A tenant who stopped paying in March. A TDS notice you cannot read. A brother who says the khata is handled. Ask the question. A person replies within one working day. No fee, no account, no card, and no obligation to ever buy anything from us.
What people ask
- Tax, TDS or repatriation
- Tenants, rent or eviction
- Selling or buying
- Power of attorney
- Khata, title or encumbrance
- Property tax or society dues
- Inheritance or succession
- Something has gone wrong and you do not know who to call
How it works
Write the question the way you would say it out loud. Dates, amounts and the city help. One named person reads it, and the answer comes back to your email within one working day. If it needs a CA or a lawyer to look at a document, we say so and point you at the NRI directory, where we take no cut.

Fair questions about the free answers
Is it actually free?
Yes. You ask, we answer, you owe us nothing. We do not ask for a card and there is nothing to cancel.
What is the catch?
There is no catch, there is a reason. Most owners abroad have never had a straight answer from anyone in India who was not selling them something. We answer first and sell later, or never. Some of the people we answer become customers. Most do not, and that is fine.
How long does it take?
One working day for most questions. Longer when the answer needs a CA or a lawyer to look at a document, and we tell you that instead of guessing.
Do I need an account?
No. A question and an email address is the whole thing.
Is this legal or tax advice?
No. It is a straight answer from people who do this work every day, and it will tell you what to do next and who should do it. When your question needs a signed opinion, we say so and point you at the NRI directory, where we take no cut.
What happens to my question?
One named person reads it and replies to your email. We do not sell your address, we do not add you to a list, and nobody calls you unless you ask us to.
