Tenant disputes & eviction

When a tenant stops paying or will not leave, you are not fighting it alone from abroad.

The fear that keeps NRI flats empty is the tenant who refuses to vacate. In India you cannot remove a tenant yourself: removal runs through a court, and an eviction suit takes years. Run from another timezone with nobody on the ground, it is worse.

Your manager and our vetted legal partners carry it for you: the Section 106 termination notice, the eviction petition filed through a registered power of attorney, a claim for mesne profits (market-rate damages for the overstay), and follow-through to execution. You approve the steps; we run them.

FAQ

Can you evict a tenant while I stay abroad?

Yes. A registered Special Power of Attorney lets our representative file and prosecute the suit on your behalf. You do not fly in for hearings.

How long does it take?

An Indian eviction suit runs years, not weeks, and we will not pretend otherwise. We move on the first default, claim mesne profits, and keep the paper trail and the pressure on so it does not drift.
