What does Verified mean on a broker listing?
That the RERA registration was confirmed against the state authority's public list where the category requires one, that the broker described closed transactions for owners who were not in the country, and that the brokerage they charge is stated up front. It is a check on registration and record, not a warranty of the deal.
Can you just pick a broker for me?
Yes. Describe the property and what you want done with it, and we shortlist two or three verified brokers who have closed that kind of deal, then make the introduction. Usually within 24 hours, and free.
Does anyone pay for placement or a higher ranking?
No. There is no premium tier, no sponsored slot and no ranking. Listings carry no scores or star ratings.
Do I need to be in India to sell through a broker here?
No. Every broker in this directory was asked for closed transactions where the owner was abroad. Some steps in a sale run on a power of attorney and some do not, so have a lawyer draft that instrument before the property goes to market.
How do I get listed?
Apply through the listing form with your RERA registration number, the deal types you want to be found for, and the locations you cover. Every application is reviewed before it goes live, usually within two business days.
