Valid visa or long-term pass for Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, UK or USA (valid at least 1 month from entry): Indian nationals can use the 96-hour Visa Free Transit Facility when passing through Singapore to a third country, departing by air, sea or ferry within 96 hours. This is for transit, not tourism or a longer stay.
