- **What they publish:** companies that print prices and inspection standards are easier to hold to account than companies that quote after a sales call.

On price the Chennai page states the average property management cost "is around 8 to 12% of the property's monthly rent." Its "Guaranteed Buyers or Moneyback" line applies to property sales, not rentals.

Housewise is a rental-focused property management company with a Chennai service page and a stated reach of 16-plus Indian cities. It lists end-to-end management, rental management, online rent agreements, periodic home inspection, a dedicated property manager and a transparent owner dashboard, and it claims to be "Trusted by 5500+ NRIs across 40+ Countries." Its national pricing, published on other city pages, is a tenancy-cycle fee of 1.25 times one month's rent plus GST, with renewal at 0.5 times a month's rent plus GST. The Chennai page itself does not restate a rate.

**Model:** tenancy-cycle fee, priced per placement and renewal. **Strength:** published, checkable pricing at the national level and a real owner dashboard. **What its Chennai page does not state:** the Chennai rate, how repair and vendor work is billed, or the proof of work an owner receives as standard.

## NRIWAY

NRIWAY positions itself as a global helpdesk for NRI services, with property management alongside documentation, legal paperwork and taxation support. Pricing is quote-based: the page shows a ballpark "Price range: $222 to $333" for Tier A locations and says the actual cost may be higher, given only after you upload documents. The site claims a 4.9 Google rating, "10,000+ happy customers" and "750+ Pan India" coverage.

**Model:** per-service, custom quote, broad NRI services beyond property. **Strength:** wide service menu for documentation-heavy problems, priced in dollars for the NRI. **What its pages do not state:** a standard rate card, a named-manager structure, or the fee once documents are reviewed.

## PropTech Solutions

PropTech Solutions is headquartered in Bangalore with a US presence in Troy, Michigan, and lists Chennai among its cities. It states its model in plain words: "we don't work on a commission basis but on a retainer (yearly fee) basis," covering inspection, maintenance, tenant finding and verification, rent collection, listing and document management. The retainer removes the rent-commission conflict. The amount is not published; its FAQ answer on price is "For prices and more information please contact us."

It references quarterly inspections for tenanted properties with photo and video reporting. On history its page carries both "10+ Years of Experience" and an operating-since-2017 line, so treat the tenure claim with care. No fee is published; it offers a free initial consultation.

The structural commitments: no commission on rent, vendor work billed at actuals with receipts, every rupee a line item on an itemized bill, dated photo and video proof of all work, and owner approval required for any spend above a set floor. Teams operate in Chennai, plus Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Gurgaon, with owner hubs in Singapore and Dubai.
